THE OFF-SEASON ISN'T TIME OFF.
IT'S TIME TO BUILD.

Velocity Phase is built around the off-season development window—the stretch of the year when athletes can intentionally layer strength, mobility, and skill development without the same fatigue and schedule demands of games and practices.

01 / BUILD

Develop the physical qualities and skills behind performance.

02 / ADAPT

Give intentional training enough time and consistency to create change.

Instead of chasing performance gains in the middle of a season, athletes have the runway to build, adapt, measure progress, and prepare for what comes next.

03 / RETEST

Measure where the athlete finishes against where they started.

TWO PATHS.
ONE PURPOSE.

Velocity Phase is individually programmed around the performance demands of pitching or hitting.

VELOCITY PHASE — PITCHING

8-WEEK DEVELOPMENT BLOCK

Built around skills, strength, and mobility together—not throwing volume alone. Velocity development that lasts.

  • 8 in-person development sessions

  • 16 guided development sessions

  • Individually programmed arm-care + velocity development

  • Integrated strength + mobility

  • Recovery + load management

  • Formal pre- + post-testing

VELOCITY PHASE — HITTING

8-WEEK DEVELOPMENT BLOCK

Built around the physical and skill qualities that influence bat speed, exit velocity, and backspin creation. Performance based hitting development.

  • 8 in-person development sessions

  • 16 guided development sessions

  • Bat speed + exit velocity development

  • Integrated strength + mobility

  • Backspin + power-based hitting development

  • Formal pre- + post-testing

EIGHT WEEKS. BUILT WITH PURPOSE.

01

ASSESS

Establish the athlete's starting performance metrics and relevant strength and mobility benchmarks.

02

BUILD

Create an individualized development approach integrating skill, strength, and mobility.

03

DEVELOP

Train through the development block while managing recovery, workload, and progress.

04

RETEST

Formally measure progress, compare results to the athlete's starting benchmarks, and build the transition toward the upcoming season.

NOT JUST A RADAR GUN READING.

Velocity Phase begins and ends with formal testing so development can be evaluated against meaningful performance and physical benchmarks.

LIMITED BY DESIGN.

Velocity Phase isn’t built for volume. It’s built for individualized development.

Each athlete requires programming, evaluation, feedback, and ongoing adjustments throughout the eight-week development block. Keeping the group intentionally small allows the work to stay personal.
