The Homebase Free Hitting Evaluation gives your athlete a clear starting point. We’ll identify what’s working, what deserves attention, and what to focus on next. Our hitters average +3.6 mph in exit velo over a training season. We will move them right into the process.
THE HOMEBASE PROCESS
30 MINUTES. THREE SIMPLE STEPS.
01 — ASSESS
We'll test exit velo with radar, bat speed and swing data with Blast Motion, and power with a med ball throw and broad jump, then compare his numbers to the Homebase benchmarks for his grade.
02 — IDENTIFY
We’ll identify what they’re doing well and the areas that deserve the most attention.
03 — BUILD THE PLAN
We’ll sit down with the athlete and parent at the end and explain what we saw, what we’d work on next, and what development could look like.
